Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. To check in, guests must call the number provided on the voucher at least 3 hours prior to check-in. The hotel does not accept children under 18 years of age staying alone. The apartment can accommodate up to 8 guests. The manager meets and accommodates guests in person from 09:00 AM to 10:00 PM. If guests arrive sooner or later, they additionally pay for the manager's arrival. No additional fee is charged for check-in or check-out between 09:00 AM and 10:00 PM; from 07:00 AM to 09:00 AM and from 10:00 PM to 00:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 500.00 is charged; from 00:00 AM to 07:00 AM an additional fee of RUB 1000.00 is charged. When the guests leave, the manager checks the accommodation facility and returns the deposit.
