Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 12:00 - 21:00. After booking, guests are required to contact the property for check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. For left garbage and dirty dishes, guests will be charged a fine of RUB 1000.00, the amount will be deducted from the deposit made upon arrival. A complete ban on smoking in the apartment, a fine of 5000.00 RUB for violation. The deposit will be refunded within 24 hours after check-out. Accommodation with pets is possible only after prior agreement with the administrator and for an additional fee of 3000.00 RUB.
