Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Please note: Keys can be picked up at the Europlan office in Via D'Annunzio, 11 Bardolino. Keys can be collected from 16:00 until 19:00. Arrivals outside these hours must be agreed in advance. In this case, please contact the property in advance. There is an additional damage deposit fee of EUR 80.This deposit will be refunded on departure if the apartment is left in the same, clean condition found on arrival. You will receive only a part of the deposit if final cleaning is needed. Bed and bath linen are available at an additional cost. The swimming pool is open from May until September. A security deposit of EUR 80 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation.
