The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. In accordance with government guidelines to minimise transmission of the Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property currently isn't accepting guests from certain countries, during dates where such guidelines exist. A damage deposit of EUR 200 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all extra charges are payable 14 days before arrival by bank transfer. Please note that in order to check in, guests need to bring the access codes they will receive from the accommodation by email after their reservation. Minors have to be accompanied by an adult. Please note that bed linen and towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own (size will be shared after booking) or rent them at the property for the following extra charges: Bed and bathlinen: 25 euro (per bed) per stay.
