Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Remote check-in. To receive check-in instructions, please contact the property by phone or WhatsApp during business hours from 10:00 AM to 11:00 PM after booking. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. A mandatory final cleaning is paid for upon check-in and a deposit is charged, which is returned upon check-out when the maid checks the apartment. Pets are allowed upon prior agreement (maximum RUB 5000.00 for the entire stay). Provision of reporting documents for business trips is possible, the cost is calculated individually upon request.
