Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. To check-in guests must fully pay the booking and sign the rules of residence document. Cottage cleaning - RUB 3500.00, unscheduled change of linen and towels - RUB 300.00 RUB per set. If the cleaning is necessary, guests must notify the administrator in advance. During the stay, the cleaning of the cottage is done by the guests themselves. Upon departure, guests should: put the furniture back, wash and arrange the dishes, sweep the floors, take out the trash if the house was decorated, remove the decorations. The water supply of the house is produced by water intake using modern water purification filters, the supply of hot water is autonomous. Please control the flow of hot water, as it will take some time for the boilers to heat up. The temperature controller of the heaters in the rooms can be installed independently, but do not exceed the heating temperature above 25 degrees. Drying towels and linen on electric heating convectors is strictly prohibited. Fireplaces: Pay special attention that fireplaces should not be overheated or left unattended. Beware of fire. The administration is not responsible for the safety of guests' valuables left in the cottages. It is forbidden: Smoking inside the cottage and walking in street shoes. The fine for smoking in the cottage is RUB 2000.00. For repeated violation guests are evictied from the cottage without compensation for the cost of the remaining stay. Use additional electrical appliances with the exception of a hair dryer, electric shaver, chargers. Use fireworks, firecrackers and other explosives in the area. Use pyrotechnics in the house (sparklers, firecrackers, firecrackers, fireworks, candles) Penalty: RUB 1000.00. Bring musical equipment without a special contract. Allow excessively loud music outside. Move furniture out of the cottage. Disturb other guests from 23:00 to 9:00 in the morning. Check-in with pets must be agreed with the administration.
