This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), please ensure that you are only booking this property following the local government guidelines of the destination, including but not limited to the purpose of travel, and maximum allowed group size. A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note there is a 1.5% surcharge when paying with Visa or MasterCard credit cards. Please note that the property does not accept payments with American Express credit cards. Please note that this house will not be serviced for the duration of your stay. Guests must be 25 years of age or older. Guests under this age may be required to pay an upfront cash bond. Please note guests will be required to complete a pre-registration form prior to arrival. This document will be sent by the property after booking has been made and will request a valid photo ID. Please not that this property has a 'No Party Policy’.
