Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 20:00. Early check-in and late check-out are possible by agreement and for an additional fee. After check-in, a deposit must be paid, which is refunded after cleaning if there is no damage to the flat or traces of smoking, including on the balcony. The deposit is refunded after the departure of the guests. Pets are not allowed. The deposit will not be refunded for detecting signs of an animal staying in the flat. The flat is not for parties: in case of complaints from neighbors, eviction follows. Guests need to maintain order in the flat on their own, there is everything necessary for this. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat. The presence of cigarette butts, the smell of cigarettes, hookah, tobacco and other smoking mixtures, as well as the presence of ashes in the flat or on the balcony is considered smoking. A fine of 3000.00 RUB is provided. Accounting documents are provided on request, and billing is possible.
