A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A surcharge of EUR 20 applies for arrivals from 19:00 to 23:00. Check-in after 11 p.m. is not possible. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. When booking a Non-Refundable Rate, please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorisation by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in.
