Since October 2017, all owners of quadrocopters and other unmanned aerial vehicles (drones) are required to register their devices with the National Television and Radio Commission of Thailand (NBTC). In case of violation of the order, Thai law provides for a penalty of up to five years in prison and / or a fine of up to 100 thousand baht (about 3 thousand US dollars). Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Thailand hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Under the new immigration procedures, effective May 1, 2025, all foreign nationals entering Thailand by air, land or sea must complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) online form on the official website of the Bureau of Immigration of Thailand three days prior to arrival. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. The property requires a prepayment via bank transfer or Paypal. Guests will receive a direct email from the property within 48 hours of booking with the payment instructions. To confirm the reservation, payment must be made within 24 hours once email is received. Please note that guests are required to contact the property directly to inform their estimated time of arrival at least 30 minutes prior to arrival to arrange the check-in. Kindly note that the office hours from 09:00 - 18:00 hrs. every day. Housekeeping service is arranged once per week.
