You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Swimming pool #1 is closed from Wed 25 Jan 2023 until Wed 24 May 2023 Please inform the property at the time of booking if you would prefer a double or a twin room. If you are arriving outside of the official check-in hours you can check-in with security at the entrance to the sports complex. Please note that parking is available at an additional fee. If you need access to the car park, please ask at the reception for a ‘parking permit’ that you will have to put in a visible place in your car. When booking 10 rooms or more, or a booking of EUR 1500 or more, different policies and additional supplements will apply.
