Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. In the city of Abakan, from 11:00 PM on July 28, 2025 to 11:00 PM on August 1, 2025, hot water supply will be disconnected in connection with the preparation of the Abakan Thermal Power Plant for the heating season. From 11:00 PM on July 28 to 11:00 PM on July 29, 2025, the supply of hot and cold water will be completely stopped. During the shutdown, a common hygiene room with a water heater will be available in the hotel. Breakfast can be ordered at the hotel for an additional fee of RUB 250.00.
