For check-in instructions, guests must contact the manager in advance by 23:00 at the number indicated on the booking confirmation. The apartments provide a deposit in the amount of RUB 2000.00, which is returned upon departure, if the rules of residence are not violated. The cost of living may vary depending on the days of stay, the number of people, on weekends and holidays. Check-in time from 3:00 PM, check-out time until 11:00 AM, early check-in and late check-out by agreement, if possible. Residence rules: For the convenience and safety of guests in the apartment and on the balcony do not smoke. Smoking is allowed only on the balcony, with the door to the apartment closed. The apartment is not available for pets, for parties, birthdays, friendly gatherings and other noisy events. Unauthorized people are not allowed on the property. Silence is observed from 10:00 PM to 08:00 AM. When booking an apartment in advance, an advance payment in the amount of RUB 2000.00 is transferred, which is included in the price.
