Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Staying in the apartment after 12:00 PM is discussed with the manager in advance and paid separately. Guests can also check-in in the morning, subject to availability and for an additional fee. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited, the fine is RUB 3000.00. The apartment is not intended for celebrations and any holidays, as well as loud listening to music and other noise, especially after 09:00 PM. In case of booking for 1 day, cleaning costing RUB 600.00 is additionally paid. If the check-in is 2 days or more, cleaning is free for guests. The cost depends on the length of stay, number of guests and season. To sign an electronic contract, you will need the original passport and a refundable deposit.
