Front desk is open 24/7. Guests should always be informed of the arrival time. Check-in after 11:00 PM is not possible. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Check-in time depends on the season: from June to October: from 04:00 PM to 11:00 PM from November to May: from 04:00 PM to 07:00 PM. From November to May, an additional fee of EUR 20.00 in cash is charged for check-in after 07:00 PM. A deposit is charged upon arrival. Check-in is possible from the age of 18. Amenities and toilet paper will be provided on the day of arrival, other days are provided at the request of the client. The apartment is not cleaned daily, towels are changed every 4 days, and bed linen is changed weekly. Guests aged 13 and over will be charged the following tax: from November to March — without charge, from April to October — EUR 2.00 per night per person, but not more than EUR 14.00 per person for the entire stay. The cost of accommodation for groups is available upon request. The pool is open seasonally, from May 1 to October 31.
