Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Remote check-in. Guests must contact the apartment in advance to receive check-in instructions. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Calls from guests are accepted from 10:00 AM to 09:00 PM, WhatsApp messages from 09:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight). Free cleaning is provided after 7 days of stay. If guests need a free cleaning service, they must be informed about it a day in advance (in other cases, cleaning with a change of bed linen is RUB 1000.00). Cleaning without changing the bed linen — RUB 650.00. Replacement of bed linen — RUB 350.00. Extra bed linen — RUB 350.00. Extra blanket — RUB 700.00.
