Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. A cot, high chair, parking space (subject to availability), early check-in and late check-out can be provided for an additional fee. Accommodation with pets must be agreed with the administration in advance, as not all animal breeds are accepted. The security deposit for the property during the stay of the agreed pet may be increased at the discretion of the receiving party. When booking for two guests, a set of linen only for a double bed, if guests need another one, they will need to pay extra or book for three or more guests. The deposit for the safety of the property is paid by card after check-in and refunded on the day of check-out after cleaning. The deposit is refunded to the same bank card that the payment was made with. After making a reservation, guests should contact the administration to confirm the relevance of the reservation, the composition of the guests and indicate possible accommodation requests. The apartment owner has the right to request an advance payment in order to be sure of the guest's intentions. The receiving party contacts the guest, provides instructions on check-in and an invoice for prepayment via online acquiring. When booking for one night, the deposit can be increased at the discretion of the host party. A complete package of accounting documents is provided: a cash receipt with a QR code, an invoice, and a closing statement.
