Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 12:00 - 21:00. After booking, guests must contact the property for check-in instructions. For left trash and dirty dishes, guests will be charged a fine of one thousand rubles, the amount will be deducted from the deposit paid upon check-in. Total ban on smoking in the apartment, fine RUB 5000.00. A deposit is paid upon check-in. It will be returned within 24 hours after check-out.
