A passport copy of every guest must be submit to the property at least 72 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, check-in may be denied. Please send the copies on Wednesday if your check-in day is Friday or Saturday.

A credit card authorization letter must be signed prior to arrival. A photo identification and the credit card used for payment at the time of booking needs to be shown upon check-in.

Check-in is between 03:00 PM and 06:00 PM. Please let the property know the expected arrival time 2 days in advance.

Guests checking out after 11:00 AM will be charged an extra fee.

There will be a cleaning fee if the guestroom is left untidy.

Many maintenance companies are closed on Friday and public holidays. The property’s customer service contact guests to provide a temporary solution if there is a maintenance request during this period.

A cash or credit card security deposit of AED 3000 is required upon check-in for charges or damages during the stay and will be refunded 7 days after departure.
