Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. If guests need a visa to enter the country, the hotel will in most cases provide the necessary documents to obtain it. Citizens of Russia: Upon arrival, adults (14 years and older) must present a valid internal passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation (passports and driver's licenses are not accepted). Birth certificates must be presented for all children (under 14 years of age). If the child is traveling with a relative (with the exception of parents) or a guardian, documents confirming his right to accompany the child must also be presented upon arrival. Foreign citizens: Adults and children must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card upon arrival. Children are not allowed in the hotel.
