A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that guests will not have access to all bedrooms. The number of bedrooms available during your stay will depend on the total number of guests. A bedroom is made available per 2 guests. Please also note that all children 2 years and under can stay free of charge if guests provide their own baby cot/crib. Up to one baby cot/crib is allowed per room.
