Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of VND 1000000 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full in cash, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that room rates exclude resort entrance fee. Guests have to pay resort entrance fee directly to the resort by bank transfer latest 1 hour prior to check-in time: - Adults 150,000 VND/person/night - Elderly people over 65 years old and children from 5-12 years old: 105,000 VND/person/night. - Children under 5 years old: Free Room rates do not include swimming pool, transfer by electric car and beach facilities.
