Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The front desk is open until 18:00. There will be no hot water from July 29 to August 1. Upon check-in, guests must show the original passport for the conclusion of a short-term rental agreement, as well as make a deposit, which is returned upon departure. Upon booking, guests are required to pay a deposit of 20% of the booking price. Please contact the property for more details on how to make a prepayment. If guests need to check in before 14:00 or check out after 11:00, then they need to buy the previous or next night with a 50% discount, subject to availability. Check-in or check-out from 21:00 to 9:00 at the time of booking is possible for an additional fee of RUB 500.00.
