Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Pets are allowed with prior agreement and for a surcharge of RUB 500.00 per day for a small dog and RUB 1000.00 per day for a large dog. Rules of accommodation. Check-in after 14:00, check-out time is 12:00. Smoking is prohibited in the entire apartment. It is forbidden to throw away or break any of the interior elements; to rearrange without the consent of the administration; to lose keys; to live with animals without the consent of the administration; to leave the front door open; to leave behind garbage, dirty dishes, make noise after 21:00; to damage property. For exceeding the number of guests, eviction will follow. For violation of the rules of accommodation, the administration will be forced to evict guests without refund of the amount paid + deposit; withhold the amount equivalent to the damage from the deposit, or the entire amount. If the amount of the deposit does not cover all the damage, an invoice is issued, if the payment is refused, the administration will go to court.
