Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 22:00. A prepayment of 15% of the cost of reservation is required. The prepayment must be made within 3 days. If the reservation is canceled later than 45 days before arrival, the prepayment is not refundable. Check-in is possible to 23:00. Later check-in must be agreed with the administrator. On the territory of the guest house there is a "Coworking" zone, where guests can spend time reading books or working on a laptop. Coworking is open from 07:00 to 22:00. Use of a washing machine: 54 min wash - 300.00 RUB, 22 min wash - 150.00 RUB. The frequency of cleaning the room depends on the number of nights of stay. Wet cleaning with change of bed linen is carried out 1 time in 4-5 days. In each room, 2 towels are issued for each guest: a large one and a small one. Towels are intended for the bathroom, it is forbidden to take them outside the territory to the beach or pool. Noisy events, parties, drinking alcohol and loud music are prohibited. The time of silence, rest and peace in the guest house is 22:00 - 08:00. The shared kitchen is located on the 0 floor of building 1. Opening hours of the shared kitchen: 07:00 - 22:00. Children over 3 years old are allowed.
