Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. The accommodation is not suitable for noisy companies, events, celebrations or feasts. The accommodation is intended for family recreation. There are no areas for feasts on the territory. Accommodation rules: Accommodation is possible with children not younger than 7 years old. Smoking of any kind of cigarettes and devices is strictly prohibited in the rooms and on the territory, permitted only outside the site. The fine for violation is RUB 10,000.00 and eviction with withholding of payment for the entire stay. Accommodation with pets is not allowed. It is prohibited to use high-voltage devices (kettles, multicookers, etc.) in all rooms except the Premium category. A special area in the kitchen is equipped for this. From 10:00 PM to 09:00 AM it is necessary to observe silence, from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM it is prohibited to be in public areas (gazebo, kitchen, terrace). Access to the territory is possible at any time. Only guests stated in the reservation are allowed on the premises. The presence of strangers, including relatives, is prohibited. It is prohibited to turn on music, play musical instruments, ride scooters, roller skates, bicycles, hoverboards, or play ball on the premises. Guests have access to free parking at the front of the house or in a fenced area nearby. On the day of arrival, the guest pays a deposit for the entire stay, minus the payment made upon booking. In case of early departure, the deposit paid for the remaining days is not refundable. The security deposit for the safety of the property is from RUB 5000.00 to RUB 10,000.00. The amount is refunded after the guest checks out and cleans the room, in cash or by bank transfer. Room cleaning during the stay and provision of toiletries is not provided (only upon check-in). During the stay, the guest cleans the room independently (if necessary). Extra beds are not provided in the rooms. Photos of rooms may partially not correspond to reality due to color rendering and distortions of photographic equipment, as well as due to replacement of textiles, furniture or equipment.
