Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. To check in, guests' passport details are needed to fill out an electronic agreement. Early check-in from 11:00 AM to 02:00 PM and late check-out until 06:00 PM are charged at 10% of the daily rate for each hour. Check-in before 11:00 AM and check-out after 06:00 PM are calculated as a full day. For check-in after 08:00 PM, full payment for accommodation and a deposit must be made in advance. In case of early check-out, if notification was not made a day in advance, the payment for the current day remains. Check-ins for several hours are calculated as a full day. Reporting documents are provided upon request. Cashless payment to the organization's bank account is possible. Contactless check-in is carried out in the apartment. To arrange check-in, guests must contact the property in advance for check-in instructions. In case of arrival after 12:00 AM, the hotel must be notified in advance. The price for accommodation depends on the number of guests and days of stay. Smoking and noisy parties and events are prohibited in the apartments. There is a system of discounts for guests when ordering delivery from partner organizations using a special promo code.
