Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 08:00 - 23:00. Guests must contact the hotel prior to arrival for check-in instructions. The contact information can be found in the booking confirmation. For leaving garbage and dirty dishes, guests will be charged an additional fee of RUB 300.00 and RUB 500.00, the amount is deducted from the deposit paid upon arrival. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. The fine is 5000.00 RUB. The deposit is paid on the day of arrival via the link and returned to the same card on the day of departure, after cleaning is completed. Accommodation with pets is possible only by prior agreement with the hotel. When placing with pets, additional fee is 3000.00 RUB. For the room category Presidential Apartment the cleaning fee is RUB 3500.00.
