Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. If a visa is required to enter the country, the property may assist with the supporting documents needed to obtain one. Guests can contact the property for more information using the contact details provided in the booking confirmation. The property may charge a fee for this assistance, even if the reservation is eventually canceled. All arrangements are made directly between the property and the guest. For Russian citizens, adults (aged 14 and over) must present a valid internal passport at check-in; international Russian passports and driver's licenses are not accepted. Birth certificates for all Russian children (under 14) must be presented during check-in. If a Russian relative or legal guardian, rather than a parent, travels in Russia with a child under 14, they must present documentation certifying their authority to accompany the child at check-in. Foreign citizens, both adults and children, must present a valid passport, visa, and migration card during check-in. When making a booking, guests need to specify a contact phone number and the approximate time of arrival. If guests check in after 21:00, they must notify the guest house administrator.
