This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to EUR 250 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy. Prior to arrival, the property will send a form to the guests, where the identification details must be provided as well as the check-in time. Please note that late check-in, after 21:00 is possible upon confirmation and has an extra fee of EUR 40. If guests arrive later than what has been agreed with the property, or if they request to reschedule the meeting time on the same day they are checking in, an additional cost of EUR 20 might be applied.
