A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. Front desk opening hours 17:00 - 20:30. **Know Before You Go** Hotel check in time is from 17:00 to 20:30. After 20:30 the reservation will be considered as No Show. From 20:30 until 23:00 it is possible to request the night porter but it is necessary to notify the Hotel (with minimum notice of 10 days before the arrival date). Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The extra cost of late check-in is EUR 30.00 for each additional hour requested. The hotel does not have luggage storage. All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport. The pets not allowed. The guest's reservation cannot be annulled, changed or refunded. The reservation for the same date may be given to friends or relatives, guests need to communicate the new names and their personal email. The hotel does not have a lift but it is possible to request a room on the ground floor in advance, guests need to communicate it by email at least a few days before arrival. A maximum of two people can stay in the Double rooms and 1 in a Single room, if the members of the group or family were more numerous it will be necessary to add the necessary additional rooms. Minors not accompanied by parents or legal tutor must bring a written authorization with the copy of the identity card of both front and back. Children till 1 year (maximum 1 child per room) stay free sharing parents bed only in Superior room, upon written notice with an email. The cost of upgrade from Standard room to the Superior room is EUR 50.00 per night. If breakfast is not included, it will be possible to request it with a small supplement at check in (breakfast kit with kettle and packaged products). The whole hotel and all rooms are non-smoking. The guests will be charged of EUR 100.00 for the extra cleaning. There is an outdoor "smoking corner". The day of departure the room and the hotel must be left within 10:00 AM. It is possible to postpone the check-out by communicating it in advance, the supplement is of EUR 20.00 per extra hour.
