A cleaning tax is not included in the reservation price and is payable separately at the hotel. Mandatory gala dinner fees may apply at Italy hotels. Guests should contact the hotel directly for more information. There is no reception desk. Guests should notify the hotel about the arrival time at least 24 hours before arrival and receive check-in instructions. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. From 11:00 AM onwards in case of early arrival guests can leave the luggage with hotel's staff and then find it in the room when the apartment is ready. The property has a left-luggage office for the day of departure. The cost is EUR 5.00 to be left in the compartment. The service must be booked and checked for availability.
