Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 15:00 - 00:00. From June 30, 14:00 to July 10, 13:59, the hot water will be turned off. There will be a running water heater in the shower and in the kitchen. The security deposit is returned by bank transfer after departure and cleaning, if the property is intact and there are no violations. Calculation of violations is determined by market value. Before check-in, the guest signs an agreement adding a passport photo, pays the remaining amount for the stay and the amount of the security deposit. Check-in is contactless. The cost of a cot with a sleeping set is RUB 1000.00.
