Upon arrival, Russian citizens must provide the original (not a copy) of one of the following documents: a valid Russian domestic or international passport, or driver's license. Front desk is open 24/7. If the guest has not made an advance payment, it is necessary to check in before 09:00 PM. When making a prepayment, check-in is available around the clock. In case of check-in after 09:00 PM, guests must contact the representative of the accommodation facility in advance. Contact information can be found on the booking confirmation. The hotel will contact within 24 hours prior to arrival to make a prepayment in the amount of 100% of the cost. In the absence of prepayment, the hotelier has the right to cancel the booking.
