Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 14:00 - 21:00. A complete set of reporting documents for business travelers is provided. The apartment is not available for celebrations and noisy companies. Persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs will be denied entry. Accommodation with pets is discussed individually. Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited (smoking is allowed on the balcony at the entrance). In case of violation of the rules of residence in apartment buildings (including noise after 10:00 PM), the right to evict guests without refund of the amount paid for accommodation is retained. Check-in after 09:00 PM is possible by prior arrangement. Additional fee for late check-in from 09:00 PM to 00:00 AM — RUB 500.00, after 00:00 AM — RUB 1000.00.
