Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. For all guests, free access to the spa is included from 08:00 AM to 12:00 PM for stays from 01.05 to 30.09 or from 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM for stays from 01.10 to 30.04. After the morning visit, an additional fee will be charged. When booking Family Suite and Suite rooms, free access to the spa with one entry from 08:00 AM to 11:00 PM (during stays from 01.05 to 30.09) or from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM (during stays from 01.10 to 30.04). The number of visits to the SPA complex is equal to the number of nights of accommodation. Children under 3 years old are not allowed in the SPA complex. Children from 3 to 14 years old are allowed into the SPA complex from 08:00 AM to 06:30 PM at accommodation from 01.05 to 30.09 or from 09:00 AM to 06:30 PM at accommodation from 01.10 to 30.04 only in the presence of adult guests. Visiting the spa area with children under 3 years old is prohibited. The restaurant and room service are open until 11:00 PM (kitchen until 10:30 PM). Guests can park your car free of charge in the hotel's courtyard, subject to availability, or in the city's paid car park. Guests can also rent virtual reality glasses in their rooms. On weekends, a free tea ceremony is held for hotel guests from 05:00 PM to 06:00 PM. To check into a hotel with a minor and not being his legal representative, a written consent from one of the parents with a copy of the passport of this parent is required. Written consent does not require notarization. Accommodation with one pet is allowed in Standard and Superior rooms (weight up to 5 kg or height of the dog not more than 50 cm at withers) on condition of an additional room cleaning fee of RUB 3000.00 per day and on presentation of a veterinary certificate of the pet. A deposit for the period of stay with a pet in one room is drawn up on arrival. When accommodating with a pet guests agree with the rules of accommodation, listed on the official website of the hotel.
