Registration of check-in - signing the contract, payment, sending the access code to the apartment is carried out from 8:00 to 22:00. An electronic contract is concluded with each guest. Check-in to the apartment is independent according to instructions with an access code; instructions on how to get into the apartment are sent after making the remaining payment, deposit and signing an electronic rental agreement (a photo of a Russian passport and e-mail are required). Smoking is prohibited in the apartment and on the balcony. The apartment is not rented out for parties, celebrations and events.
