This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. In response to Coronavirus (COVID-19), additional safety and sanitation measures are in effect at this property. A damage deposit of EUR 750 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that for guests staying in the property from 1 October to 30 April, electricity is not included in the price. A meter reading will be taken and the amount of electricity used will be deducted from the security deposit. Please note that only small dogs can be accommodated and guests must request this in advance. Please note that the pool is open from May to September and is heated free of charge from 30 May to 01 September. Guests are required to put the pool's safety cover on every night. Please note that guests are requested to turn off the outside lights at night. Failure to do so will result in guests being charged for the electricity used according to the meter. Please note that the property is equipped with security cameras and is monitored by a security company.
