• According to local authorities, travellers who have arrived in Hainan recently from risk areas of COVID-19 are obliged to undergo necessary registration and inspection: 1. Travellers who have been to Urumqi on or after July 12, 2020 and haven’t been tested after arriving in Hainan, shall take a nucleic acid test in hospital or have the testing specimen collected at designated quarantine facilities after arriving in Sanya. (Home quarantine is mandatory before the negative test result being issued); 2. Travellers who have been to Dalian on or after July 23, 2020 and who don’t have a certificate of a negative nucleic acid test result issued within 7 days prior to their arrival, shall take a nucleic acid test in hospital or have the testing specimen collected at designated quarantine facilities after arriving in Sanya.
