These apartments have no Reception. During the self-check process, confirmation cannot be sent unless you submit the following documents for security purposes via the email provided on your booking confirmation. - A photo or copy of ID such as a passport or a driving licence; - the photo or copy of the bank card used for the payment. For security purposes when sending a copy of the card you paid with please mask/hide the first 8 digits out of 16. Then please call the hotel staff to provide the remaining card details or send the first 8 digits via plain text in a separate email. Provided details will only be used to verify identity and will be removed from our system within 48h from your departure. The confirmation for your stay will be sent 1-2 days before your arrival date, however, it cannot be sent before the hotel staff has received the above mentioned.
