Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Contactless check-in to the apartment has a number of its own amenities and features. Guests need to contact the apartment in advance (at least 2 days before arrival) to prepare for check-in. 24-hour check-in. In case of same-day check-in, you guests should inform the administrator in advance from 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM to receive check-in instructions. Contact details can be found on your booking confirmation. Reservations on the day of arrival are only possible until 09:00 PM. Check-in is carried out remotely: after the conclusion of an electronic contract (renting a dwelling) and making a deposit, the administrator sends information on settling. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to prior arrangement at an additional cost. The apartments are located in a paid parking area. Free parking is possible in the yard upon request. Children from 0 to 4 years old can be provided with a baby cot as an extra bed free of charge. Children from 4 years old are counted as a separate guest with the provision of an extra bed.
