Terms and conditions:
1. The Landlord shall have the right to enter the Property without notifying the Tenant in advance, only in exceptional circumstances and/or in emergency
situations, including, indicatively and without limitation, in case of a fire, flood, gas leak, serious leak, to prevent serious damage to the Property.
2. If the Tenants violate any of the terms of this agreement, the rental period will terminate immediately.
3. The Tenants shall vacate the premises at the expiration time and date of this agreement.
4. The Tenants shall maintain the premises in a good, clean condition, and use the premises only in a careful and lawful manner. The tenants shall leave
the premises in a ready to rent condition at the expiration of the rental agreement, defined by the Landlord as being immediately habitable by the next
tenants. The Tenants shall pay for maintenance and repairs if the premises are in a lesser condition. The Tenants agree that the Landlord shall deduct
costs of said services from the security deposit prior to refund if tenants cause damage to the premises or its furnishings.
5. No animals or pets of any kind allowed on the premises.
6. The Tenants shall not sublet the premises.
7. The Tenants shall behave in a civilized manner and shall respect the rights of the surrounding property owners. The Tenants shall not create noise or
disturbances likely to disturb or annoy the surrounding property owners.
8. The Tenants are obligated to allow the maintenance/hospitality team of the Landlord to enter at all reasonable and convenient times the premises so
as to perform the property maintenance (i.e. garden maintenance, pool maintenance, maid services) or services without any disturbance.
9. There shall be no smoking inside the premises.
10. The Tenants and Tenants’ Guests shall hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Landlord against any and all claims of personal injury or property
damage or loss arising from use of the premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Tenants expressly recognize that any insurance
for property damage or loss that the Landlord may maintain on the property does not cover personal property of Tenants, and that Tenants should purchase
their own insurance for Tenants and Guests.
11. Power Allowance = 25 Kwh/bedroom = # / day * # days = # Total. Charge of 0.35€ for every extra kWh above the limit.
12. Tenants receive (Rooms x2) # of Towel Sets (Pool,Bath,Hand). Failure to return them on checkout there is a charge for 25€ each towel

13. Property (linen, towels, appliances etc..) belonging to the Landlord found in possession or in the Tenants’ suitcases will result to a fine of up to 500€.
14. Checkout is at : 11:00 on the check-out date. In case of delay there is 50€ charge per 30 minutes.
15. Leaving the property excessively dirty will result to a fine up to 250€.
16. CCTV system is not operating on holiday rental periods.
17. No-smoking Property. Smoking inside the properties may result to a fine up to 250€.
