Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. After the end of the agreed period of stay, the guest is obliged to vacate the room. Guests wishing to extend their stay after the end of the agreed period should inform about it in advance. Unauthorized persons invited by the residents can stay on the territory of the guest house if they have identification documents and discuss this issue with the administrator in advance. The total number of guests staying in the room should not exceed the number of seats in the room according to the category. The guest house has the right to refuse to provide accommodation services to the guest and evict him from the room in cases of violation of the rules, late payment for accommodation, aggression on the part of the guest or actions threatening the safety of health or property of others. The responsibility for the observance of these rules by children and incapacitated persons lies entirely with the legal representatives. In order to ensure the safety and comfort of your stay, it is prohibited: - smoking in the premises of the guest house and on its territory, except in specially designated places, including using electronic cigarettes and hookah; - to introduce flammable, radioactive and explosive substances into the territory of the guest house; - independently repair the equipment in the room and in the guest house itself in case of malfunction; - to change the interior of the hotel, to remove, to rearrange furniture and household appliances in any room of the guest house and on its territory; - remove bedding, towels and other property of the guest house from the room; - remove dishes and dining items from the common kitchen, including moving them into the room; - use electric heating appliances, except those available in the room.; - try to access various engineering communications of the guest house; - leave strangers in the room and give them the keys to the room; - store flammable materials, weapons; - carry out any professional photo and/or video shooting; - break the silence between 10:00 PM and 09:00 AM.
