Check-in instructions if guests have not informed the hotel of their arrival time: Since this is a holiday home-style hotel, there is no staff on duty. It is advisable to inform the hotel of the arrival time at least two days in advance. If the guests did not specify the check-in time, this may delay the check-in. If guests arrive at 12:00 - 15:00, they can leave their luggage in the house while it is being cleaned. If this happens before 12:00, the hotel recommends using the lockers at Karasuma Oike Station, which is just a few minutes' walk from the hotel. The hotel offers to check in by 17:00 if dinner is included in the guests' plans. If guests have already informed the hotel of their arrival time, they can ignore this instruction.
