If guests are planning a late check-in, they need to contact the accommodation in advance. Contact information is provided on the booking confirmation. Alcohol consumption is not welcome in the guest house. To confirm the booking, a prepayment of 15% of the stay is required. To transfer the prepayment, the hotel sends the details to the guests or issues an invoice. To make an advance payment, the guest is given 2 days from the moment of receiving the details. If the payment is not paid, the reservation is considered invalid. Check-in after 09:00 PM is paid additionally. For each hour after the specified time, 300.00 RUB will be charged.
