This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please note that pets are only allowed at the Classic Double Room and the Superior Double Room. The parking places, restricted by yellow cordons, are reserved for hotel guests. Upon arrival please ask any hotel personnel to remove the cordon. Please note that children under 12 years old are only allowed to enter the wellness area between 9:00 and 18:00. The restaurant and café offer personalized opportunities to celebrate birthdays and special events. Hotel policy prohibits consuming alcoholic beverages or using any equipment causing a disturbance through the property. Guests are advised to refrain for excessive noise in the room. In case of violation of these rules, the hotel may refuse the accommodation service and 100% of the accommodation fee will be charged. On the invoice we split the room's price to three different item: roomprice+breakfast+breakfast service charge. There is no elevator to Classic, Superior rooms and to White Tea suite.
