Please inform MCentral Apartments Manukau in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of NZD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that there is a 2% charge when you pay with a credit card. You must show a valid credit card upon check in. This credit card must be in the same name as the guest's name on the booking confirmation. If you are unable to provide the same credit card used for booking, please provide a valid authority from the credit card holder, via email, prior to check-in date. If you request to book a room with balcony or with a view , you need to request directly to the Hotel. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability.
