Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk opening hours 09:00 - 17:00. Check-in takes place remotely, by advance payment. Contact information is provided in the booking confirmation. Onsite parking is paid additionally — 500.00 RUB per day. To open the gate, a push-button phone with stored phone numbers from the gate is issued on request. An additional set of linen for a folding sofa is 200.00 RUB (the price includes 1 set with which the bed is made). Accommodation with pets is paid additionally — 500.00 RUB. Upon check-in, a mandatory condition is to make a refundable deposit in the amount of 1000.00 RUB, the cost of the second set of bed linen is deducted from it when using it. When booking and checking in after 21:00, an advance payment is charged for the first day of stay. Additional bed linen is charged in the amount of RUB 300.00.
