Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Front desk is open 24/7. There will be a scheduled hot water outage in the apartments from 2 to 12 June 2025. A ladle and basin will be provided during this time. Please take this into account when booking for these dates. Guests are required to make a prepayment of RUB 1000.00. Contact details can be found on the booking confirmation. If the apartment has a sofa and guests need linens and towels for it, an additional fee of RUB 300.00. In the period from December 29, 2024 to January 8, 2025, the deposit amount will change and will be RUB 5,000.00. For all other booking periods, the standard deposit amount of RUB 2,000.00 applies.
