Russian citizens must have an original Russian passport upon arrival. Please note: renovation work is underway to improve the area, so the house is more suitable for indoor events. Guests have access from the closed veranda to a barbecue with skewers, a grill and a cauldron. Guests are asked to pay special attention to this. To arrange check-in, guests are required to contact the property in advance. Contact details can be found in the booking confirmation. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to additional discussion and payment. The deposit is refunded after cleaning. An additional fee of RUB 1000.00 per day is charged for each additional guest. Children under 7 are free. Smoking, lighting a hookah, lighting candles and sparklers, and wearing outdoor shoes are prohibited in the house. If guests are in the house wearing street shoes, the amount of RUB 5000.00 will be withheld from the deposit. No noise is allowed after 10:00 PM.
